NV,

As it turns out, Markey has been propagating this same message for months. The link below is for a letter to the FCC chairman back in January.

nghi vu, Loser Markey is just a puppet of AOL and Mindspring.

Notice his letter to Kennard was written in January. Here we are in July and as we saw on CNBC he still does not know what he is talking about.

Markey = Loser.

I am amazed how people can elect such a brainless piece of you know crap to represent them in Congress.

One thing was positive bought 125 shares at 53.

Never be surprised by what a politician says or thinks. But fortunately, sanity and logic usually win out in the long run--it's the only thing that has kept this country going for 200+ years.

my god, I saw that interview on CNBC and I cannot believe that jackass...."Open, the issue here is Open...." Mass residents should be ashamed of themselves to have this jackass representing them.

I saw the interview, and neither the interviewer nor the interviewee knew what they were talking about. I kept waiting to hear the congressman asked if he were aware of the technical problems that have to be overcome to make "open access" work well for the consumer, nothing. I did'nt hear the question, "Why should cable companies upgrade their local loop then invite competitors to cut their throats? Very disappointing.
