Big Bull, are those non-OPEC numbers seem lower than what I have seen. Usually non-OPEC is reported around 44 mbpd. That article says non-OPEC is around 41 mbpd. Am I missing something ???

Here is the math I get for supply using 41 mbpd for non-OPEC

41 non-OPEC
26 OPEC
3 NGL
-----

70 mbpd Total

Assuming demand is as predicted and averages 77 mbpd in the 4th quarter that would imply a daily drawdown of 7 mbpd !!!!
