From my standpoint, I am currently not worried about the Merced schedule. <Maybe these guys have quotas like traffic cops with tickets, huh?> Cnet / Zif /CMP seem to come out with this type of blathering from time to time. Slow news days, I guess. To be fair, I'll be happy as heck when the thing is sampling, so hopefully all this IMHO irrelevant speculation will end, and we'll move on to speculating on when systems will be shipping (to +- 1 month), which I will also probably feel is irrelevant in the big scheme of things.
