It was good the guy gave favorable mention to ORCT, HOWEVER, he knew little and what he said was only partly (small part) correct.

I hope the mention on CNBC wasn't the only reason for the surge. Earnings are on Wednesday so maybe some people close to the company got wind of some good news. If earnings are good, it may be enough to get some more institutions to finally start looking at this stock.
