One plus one = two is neither a concept nor a theory. Perhaps they are trying to divide pi by two to come up with an even remainder without rounding off . Now, that's a novel and "interesting" concept or theory. Warm Regards, Scottoo

Roger I am always awake, except when I'm not. But let me check with my accountants to see if my concept and theory on this are valid. I want to proffer only the very latest thinking on this. If I were really cynical and thought this stock was being manipulated, I would suggest that this was a planned stall on posting their financials - to shake shares prior to some fanciful projections that will give impetus to a run up in the stock. That is before the reality of their fiction sank in and the shares drifted lower again. Sort of an orchestrated accumulation to scoop loose shares to then dump right back into another run up on hot air fabrications. But I am not that cynical, so I doubt that they are doing that. It would seem to me that Occam's Razor is more likely at work here. Incompetence is the simpler explanation. Sad isn't it that they just don't do the right thing and submit an audited Form 10 to the SEC and be done with it?
