Message 10423956 Sorry you read this so late, Dale If you had read the S-3 closely you would have seen that $750k of the $1 mill debentures had been converted at the time of the filing. The remaining debentures have since been converted. In fact, the last shares must have been converted in the when the stock was over 6, suggesting that those close to the company think the stock is moving up. David
