As a sequel to the year of evasion over the filing of their financials (See: #reply-10323913), I have drawn together other official quotes from PABN/PRWT sources: August 3 1998 - Purewater's filings are almost ready and our accountants are busy consolidating the several new sets of books. #reply-9740000 Several sets of books? I am left wondering which set they will actually disclose. March 26, 1999 - I am pleased to report we are well on our way to becoming a fully reporting company. To date, we have had our accountants thoroughly examining each division to insure its' compliance with FASB accounting methods. #reply-9740929 Just think how much closer they would be if they would just file Form 10, instead of these gyrations with delaying even their pro forma statements to their own web site.
