Neocon,
it is true that one can be convicted upon a preponderence of evidence but that rarely happens, and when it does it is usually overturned by a higher court, particularly in criminal cases.

JFK's relationship with his children changed the legal status of
the Oval Office. Remember possession is 99tenths of the Law,
and often the Judicial system is changed forever by one simple
act. In Clintons case which I have not really dissected. It
would be extremely difficult to separate the Oval office in a
Court of Law today, since Jurisprudence is nonexistant. We
are in a quagmire with Starrs Investigation.

The Right to Privacy in a mans home is absolute unless there is substantial evidence that a felony has been committed, and even then it is held in high regard. This law is often violated in drug cases, where the wrong door came down and is a good Attorneys dream. Best we pray that our Constitution remains intact and the Declaration of Independence remains in force. Lisa
