I expect to see what the results would have been if the merger had been in place the whole time and a clearer discussion of the charges coming for the merger. You can kindof do it yourself (as you did), but I want a more exact inter-co elimination and more discussion.

The annual shareholders meeting is Wednesday, July 28th. So the shareholders will have to wait until August 2nd for the announcement? Why? Also, earnings are released on August 18th, correct?

Very subtle P.S. there Pat. :)

So, this is one of those infamous 3dfx turning points. I sure HOPE that it has 32bit output (chuckle). Anyone have a target for Aug. 2?

Jeff P.

P.S. don't know how I missed this one...

I've been using the Zoran softDVD program that came with my Mx300 soundcard. The x-10 DVD anywhere product is pretty cool to use. My TV (downstairs on the other side of the house from my computer) receives the tv image pretty well.

The TV out seems to work ok. 800x600 is not as good as 640x400, but I have an older TV as well.
