Total Revenue: 157.8

Gross Earnings: 39.5
(25% gross margin)

Net Earnings: 7.9
(5% net earnings)

Earnings per share (before merger writeoffs) $ .31

Earnings per share (after merger writeoffs) ???

Notes:

1) Wasn't even thinking of Voodoo Banshee until I saw an ad
in the latest issue of TigerDirect's Mail order catalog today. They
are selling STB Banshee 16 MB boards for $49.99 (after $40 rebate).
Of course, 3dfx won't be making much after the rebate...

2) Is STB Desktop TV selling? Haven't heard much more of
this. Most people would wait for the V3-3500 anyways....

3) Am I missing any products? What else did STB sell on its own?

4) I'm guessing 20% OEM shipments of total unit volume...
