That's a nice start, thanks for the effort David.

I think you have 2k and 3k backwards. 3k has outsold the 2k in both PCData surveys and is the only board going to OEM's. It's nearly insane, but I think the V2 numbers are going to be higher.

As to your questions:

Dell sells the DesktopTV, so I imagine they move a few. I don't think the 3500TV is very widely known in that market.

STB has the LCD business and some other odds and ends. Maybe a few more percentage on the revenue side, probably decent margins as well, since it's all old stuff.

The OEM percentage is a big question. The higher the percentage the lower net margins will be, but volume will be markedly increased. If Dell and Gateway are moving the V3 boxes it will mean so much more to TDFX than just the revenue. It will mean they have truly cracked the OEM market and give the next product a head start.

Re: earnings - the gross margin number better be much higher after a full quarter of sales - more like 35-37%. Joe C.
