NOTE 3 - OTHER ASSETS | Other assets consisted of the following at December 31, 1998:

Memberships in country clubs $ 142,857
Prepaid rental deposits 25,583
Mortgage note receivable 250,000
Common stock held to maturity 857,143

$1,275,583

Could someone explain what "Common stock held to maturity" is? I have asked several Accountants and Wall Street pro's. It must be the price of the stock at the end of the stock rig? Franschwa, could you help me with this one? Memberships in Country clubs was a good one. I wonder if Deloite and Touche LLP use the Country Club form of accounting?

The stock moved from $7.20 to $11.25 in a few days when there was a general call for the physical delivery of the Shares Certificates in an effort to break the Deadlock. It is believed that the short position has now been substantially reduced.

Gee Franchy, how come it is that when all this cert. calling and short covering "alledgedly" was taking place, WIEN was the big MM, and had the biggest gain in monthly volume(while sitting on the bid), while FAHN, though still 2nd biggest, didn't have nearly the percent volume gain of WIEN? It sure looks like FAHN wasn't the ones spinning the volume but WIEN. That should be good news to you since that means there's still plenty of shorts left in. I won't even bring up the pathetic 20k volume of Fiero Bros. while you posted how this was their fault, and we evil shorts were employed by them, LOL.
You also never have explained how someone calling their certs was going to force someone naked(not based on a cert) short to cover.

So if ZSUN doesn't get the 10SB or anything else filed with the SEC by July 27, or if they do and it doesn't at all agree with what they've released in past PR's, are you going to advise everyone to sell, or use it as a buying opportunity? LOL.
