Wow, does this just suck or what? I really believed in the future of this company, it's product and the vision. How can we let Oscar do this to us? I for one think if he is intentionally withholding information and not conducting business just so he can get the company back cheap that the shareholders should get legal counsel and sue him for breach of contract. Enough is enough. I own a lot of this particular company, and based on the press release, it looks like we are getting screwed so someone can benefit, I am just not sure who.

IMHO

Hard to argue at the moment Chuck. I am NOT happy with the latest developments either. The announcement of the problems with Oscar was not a surprise, we have been discussing this for a while now, on the thread. The extent it may have impacted the company's ability to branch out and get rolling, appears to be very unfortunate however. I had suggested a little while back, though, that it may have some larger negative implications than initially expected. I will be holding what I've got, thru this as well, I guess we wait and see what happens. You and I (and a few others) may wind up sharing decorating styles (but I still don't think that is actually going to be the outcome).

Salut,
