OT- Debra Vogt, I don't know about the Merced chip.. however if sales are to keep up with the growth expected in the PC Industry then INTC will keep rolling out new chips to satisfy the hunger for newer and better products.. by the way .. did you notice the action on DELL and the cup and handle chart? I think it may touch the next resistance point at 45. I'm sure glad I didn't sell all my DELL stock! I haven't had to call DELL for service yet so I can't give you any feed back on their service dept. I'll let you know if and when that happens just for your information, but so far everything has been done on their web site without any voice contact.. suits me.. I don't like modern day telephone waits for "Push 1 for service and etc." All I can say at this point is that I would recommend any one buying a new computer to go to dell.com and start with that..<g> Regards, Kenneth Miller
