By the way, continuing with the MCOM example - it is showing a classic bearish engulfing candlestick pattern. It was a high volume day (higher than the previous) opening higher but closing at or near the bottom. This candlestick completely engulfs the previous candlestick and appears at the top of an up trend indicating a trend reversal. This also happens to be a blow off top. I would expect it to fill the gap at 29 in the next two days.

HELLO ALL,

I am sitting in the PRISTINE trading room as I write this. I just personally invited Oliver Velez to join. He and many members ot the class were very interested and he promised that he would soon come pay us a visit at DAYTRADING FUNDAMENTALS. He is a very busy person (in the final stages of writing his book ) so I do not expect he will be a regular poster. Please welcome him as he can really add to this already fabulous thread.
