What and idiotic thing to say.

Hahahahaha. I see you are no stranger to bad grammar.

But your faux pas aside, it is clear to me after reviewing what gets reported that if PABN/PRWT can, they will try to slide by with an SB-2 or SB-1 filing as they have suggested, as opposed to a Form 10-SB filing. With a Form 10-SB they are required to disclose the names of the two investors that won that Form D jackpot and got to buy 100M shares at 1&cent a share back in March.

Give the following information for all securities that the small business issuer sold within the past three years without registering the securities under the Securities Act.

b. Give the names of the principal underwriters, if any. If the small business issuer did not publicly offer any securities, identify the persons or class of persons to whom the small business Issuer sold the securities.

No, no, no. I doubt that they want to disclose who they sold those shares to. They sure won't post it on their web site with their arm waving pro forma statements. Whatever might they be hiding? And why? Hmmmmmmm.
