Trials may be to a jury or to a judge. In Bubba's case we have a Court order by a Judge finding that he lied and submitted false evidence knowingly to the Court. This is a finding of fact and one which Bubba has not appealed. JLA

Where does it say a jury has to rule for something to be proven? The elements of proof are a theorem (or hypothesis) and data (or facts). Mathematical formulas are proven every day by students without the need for a jury. The facts in Clinton's case prove his criminal behavior.
