i agree with you on the fact that idtc was pumping money into not only n2p, but also the isp side, and upgrading the backbone.

as we know now, the isp side is growing, and should be quite exciting when they announce next q the growth results.

the backbone is one of top 7 in the u.s. not to mention it is voip enabled and built.

ntop. clearly they needed to also put money here to have the company ready for the ipo, and to build up the alliances so as not to allow for the competitors to gain ground and to gain even more ground.

with all this they still announced .06. clearly idtc could have turned the fact that they were readying ntop and that ntop would pay back 7 million into a positive with a little pr spin, and hence the miss on the q. i think investors and analysts would have accepted the fact that idtc was readying a tier 1 ipo, and the money spent on ntop this q, would be made up next q with the loan repayment.

i do expect idtc to meet the q, and subsequent, from the cc i think hj and mgmt understood the importance that making great revs without the earnings is not a spectacular q. as hj donates shares each q (every time we hear the same vacuous comments on the thread about insider selling), a higher share price means more for charity.
