Howard, I am going to be as nice as I can be but sometimes you make it difficult!!! "I'm kind of surprised, though, that he is not Required to make an in person appearance here in good ole' DC." Gee, surprised??? Maybe that should be *"SCREEEAAAAAMMMMMIING"* that things are not so bad after all and they only want some proof as to what has been said. That does not take an appearance, only a photocopy of contracts faxed to them! Gee, might also account for only a two week suspension rather than the usual "Halted until SEC receives all information", which by the way is the most common and the usual way they halt companies they feel are scamming investors!!!!! Check the history of all halts and the wording they use, you will see I am right....... It's all in the wording!!!!!! Have a great day!!!!!! wb (Off to the lake for a day of boating)
