I'm going to differ with Jeff on question #2. I specifically asked Henry what the total of the conversions were left from the total received by the company to include that received after the PP. Answer--less than $1m. I further asked if he was sure and he indicated a printout. I just thought there had not been time for the number to get that low so I was surprised.

I think one person on RB has already confirmed this. I'm going to next week myself. I suggest, without going nuts, a couple of other confirmations be sought. How about you Phil?

I have also asked what the terms of the $800,000 and $200,000 were some time ago and if they were like the PP and the answer was, sort of, "What would you expect?"

Answer by Jeff to #1 I am in total agreement. I heard the guy's name and it isn't listed so he is behind one of the business names.

Answer by Jeff to #3 I either missed or forgot so go with him. For some reason though I agree with him.

A followup question to include when confirming I thought of later. Have the shares all been awarded to all of the conversions? If not how many shares are yet to be given to those completed conversions from the expanded authorization?
