BTW, I'm not talking about Circles. I used to be a member of a "circle" in the early eighties. These have morphed into something else for manufacturing groups and such over the years. (I always hated "Circle" as the name of the concept. x-Area Team sounds much more professional). I don't believe Intel has groups called "circles" anymore.

Anyway, my group does not have this type of group for a variety of reasons. I am talking about your run of the mill department update.

As for you're other points, I would guess that if something is radically "wrong", we'll all know in short order. I'm thinking not.
