Well Emil, just close your mind to the Form D and the 100 million shares and the two mystery investors that have apparently larded their pantry at shareholder expense. In the final analysis, what does PABN/PRWT have to show for this private placement except more shares outstanding? And how are they accounting for this? Well, they are going to post some financial projections, projections I suspect similar to the ones they already filed with their Form D back in March. (But you can bet that they will never disclose who got these sweetheart shares.) In this sense we have pro forma statements here already: geocities.com geocities.com geocities.com geocities.com By all means cup your hands over your ears and yell loudly like child shutting out the world. Ignorance is bliss, eh?
