Webb B Blackman Jr, don't feel like the lone ranger, I'm having the same problem this morning. A friend of mine here in Houston has had no problem but like you I am. I can appreciate your reluctance to delete a file, especially when Cust. Service is almost non existent.
I called Thursday and left a message after going through the repeated message system twice and Friday got a call back from a
Ms. Karen Kelly the new V.P., she was very aware of the problems and is working to fix them. I'm going to try renaming the file and PRAY for the best.
Take Care
Steve

Webb

glad that got you going - I just remembered a comment from Gibbons Burke sometime back that suggested deleleting the ini and that it would be rebuilt...

what do I know - just that it worked - sorry I didnt get back to you sooner but I was writing code all day

overall I think QCharts is pretty good - I havent experienced a data vendor myself that has people around on Sunday, but I suppose there is one somewhere <G>
