Joan, I am sure that they are not dumb, but the only opportunity to hedge was during that period when the stock was above conversion for a short time. They have more than a billion combined to hedge, even these guys will find it difficult to do that in three weeks, thus my thesis that the stock will get above that value, and even possibly to the forced conversion area of $87/share, the thesis is based on the fact that neither INTC nor TXN are dumb, nor are their investments bankers on the street, with their horde of analysts. I think that shorting here is dangerous. Zeev
