I am always open to debate as long as it is a fair one. So far the best i have been able to come up with is that the Debenture has a restriction for one year before conversion the size is 1.2 mill. This in my mind would be plenty of time to avoid all of the pit falls that you describe. As of last month the Share count was 14 mill with 4 in the float. Now even if this doubles I will still think it is cheap at these prices. As far as Mission this is right off of a CLVE PR.
ClassicVision continues to aggressively pursue business and to increase value for the company
and its shareholders, thereby positioning itself to be an active and profitable leader in this
dramatically evolving Internet industry.
I have talked to many of the CEO's of Penny stock companies. They are very shifty hard to pin down. Thats why I buy these stocks low and Sell high and don't hold on to them for very long. I would never recommend to anyone to put a PENNY STOCK in there IRA and forget about it. I am always open to both sides of the story, but in measure your at this point are taking more liberties with your negative take on CLVE then i am with the positive.
I was hot on this stock IVOC. I loaded up on it at .25 and suggested others to do so. I started a thread on SI about it. I thought it would be trading in dollars soon . Well it would have but for one little problem. The merger deal with the new company was going to create the printing of 150 million new shares in two months. Once I found this out after hours of digging I sold my shares at .40. I was called all sorts of names and BLAh BLAh BLAH. Well now after some more good PRs the stock is back trading .25. So now people have come around and suspect that i was indeed right after all. So I will ask you this question again. The one that you DUCKED. How HIGH and how Long of substaining a significant high does CLVE have to go before you admit that you were DEAD Wrong on this one?
