Hey, Happy Girl --

Glad you're back. Some of us were wondering where you went. You picked a good 60 days to be away. You missed great wailing, moaning, and gnashing of teeth in May and early June, followed by huzzahs in the last three weeks as we bounced off of 71...

I still have/espouse the same strategy. Nibble on the dips and don't let up til you have a stake you like. Buy and hold is the optimal low(er) risk/highest reward strategy, IMHO

Good luck

Hi HG!

So.. you bought CMGI again.. and holding this time? Splendid..

Havent a clue what it will do.. but its always seems to self correct and Im thinking we have about 30 pts left into the earnings time.. then could retrace a bit.. but I think its on an upward trek.. too many interesting developments ..AV IPO's CPQ relationship..and much more..

I havent followed TA.. but the stock has been climbing steadily if modestly .. and should continue.. IMHO.

Add my welcome back happy girl! wish I could take a 60-day vacation. Maybe in a year or two hey?

Buy and hold is what I do with CMGI. I may not have thousands of shares, but those I do have average 70% ROI, and they qualified me for the ENGA IPO. I will be holding my CMGI for a long time to come, adding on significant dips and enjoying the splits as they come.

Jim

Happy girl-If you are refering to me,I'm still holding my shares of cmgi, and waiting with anticipation for the next moves that will take my holdings to over one mill. in the next year to year and a half.
If one has done their research on cmgi, then the only course that's makes sense IMVHO, is to hold the stock for the longer term, say 3-5 years, and not get discouraged with short term moves up or down.
You have Chemdex,I-cast,Engage and 6 other IPO's coming out shortly as well as new purchases.
You just have to allow the overall growth of the internet (3% per day, doubling in 100 days) to carry your investment in CMGI along, just like the incoming tide floats seashells along.
Good Hunting
DAVE DICKERSON
