Both QGLY and GUMM have cold medications that are based on pseudoscience, fraud and quackery so comparing "efficacy" is like watching an argument between two psychics discussing the merits of Tarot cards over Astrology. The point I was trying to make is that QGLY has already covered the phony cold medication stock fraud area pretty well, and GUMM is a bit late to the party.
