Just FYI, I think emachines is already profitable. That may be a detriment though in today's IPO market -g- Who knows, this may turn into a commodity market like the disk drives where none of the companies, Quantum...Seagate...Western Digital can get any price traction...so the stock just stalls. And you always have the threat of a price war. But for now, I haven't seen any boxes cheaper than emachines. And I think they sell them direct as well as via retail outlets...
