I heard those scummy law firms still having trouble finding lead plaintiffs. Will be interesting to see who steps forth. Even frivolous lawsuits that should get dismissed often get settled due to firms not wanting the negative publicity. Also the frivolous clause is quite ambiguous and is hardly (probably NEVER) used as a motion for dismissal. Let's just hope NEON has some good representation. Maybe I'll ask my lawyer friends to take it pro bono...

I personally don't consider any press release that involves NEON 'clutter' as you put it. Just skip over it...
