Jay: Joels comments to me have been "no reverse split at this time" While also saying that there would almost surely be one once the proper financing was in place that would allow them to make the jump to the NAZ and have the backing to stay there. Make no mistake there will be one but Joel will be working very hard to see that it is no more damaging that what the stockholder minds make it. This is the way to the Nazdaq, we will travel that road. I think the dire predictions will not hold true but it may cause some drop and make a good buying opp. But before all that look for more news to drive the stock closer to the price they need to get prior to the NAZ move.
