Grub? You beat me to it! Just received my Annual from BDE today. Will try and read through it tomorrow. Done on the subj for now. The next 10k will gives us a much better idea of what is going behind the scenes. David- As for the Prince selling at $40 (or $14 for that matter), there is no gaurantee that we will reach it. He already has a return of 300%. If he is an astute investor, he'll at least take his money off the table and play with the house's $$$. btw, the s-3 could give us some strength.The co pushes out pr so the selling stock holders have some momentum to sell into and absorb the shares. x

Rande_Is, Hey...dunno if you remember me, but I've been around for some time and believe we've posted to one another thru the years. Anyway, I'd like your take on a little gem I found in URSI. United Road Services, Inc has solid fundamentals, a p/e of 7, book value of nearly $11 and trades at $4. The company has earnings and pre-announced .05-.08 EPS for the 2Q..earnings date around July 23rd. If you view a chart of URSI, you'l lsee she's had her head handed to her these past few months. Chart shows a double bottom, and she fell thru that bottom today when she hit $4.125. I'm not trading URSI based on TA, but rather on the solid fundamentals URSI possesses. I am accumulating 1K sh blocks as close to $4 and sub $4 as possible, and feel this one is good for a double within a 3 month timeframe. I have done extensive DD on URSI, however do value your input. Anything you can share would be greatly appreciated. I currently am LONG 2k shs and intend to accumulate 1k more prior to earnings, and remaining 2k after earnings..irregardless of where she's trading after. This is my sole GREATEST percentage gain prediction for the short term. Once again, thanks in advance for any comments you may have. Steve
