Yes, I remember you from the early days, Steven. As for URSI. . .a few things come to mind. First, they sure took a beating when they announced they needed a new CEO. . . and the stock has been struggling past month. . . I see they got a consolidation loan to keep their head above water. That implies that their cash position is in question. . . .I haven't looked at financials, so I don't know for sure. Chart doesn't look too promising either: clearstation.com These tiny caps. . . even the ones that "deserve" higher valuation are being ignored these days. Just ask William about APII. Also, these declines of late have been broadbased. . . .and I mean broad. .. down to the Russell 5000 and even the OTC. Then on recovery, it is the usual suspects. So unless there is something compelling the stock to make a move, I don't have high hopes for any swimming upstream when the plug is pulled. . . which I think will happen over the next few weeks and continue for several months. . . . that's why I am selling. . .even stocks I have held a long long time. I know that is not the answer you were looking for, but there are lots of deserving companies being ignored right now. . . yours is but one of them. . . . and there is no reason to candy coat, when money is on the line.
