All, I am new to this thread and find this & the G&K thread to be among the most worthwhile ever at SI. That said, I am trying to make sense out of the recent NEON debacle. If EAI is in fact a new source of G's and K's, still with plenty of space for the grabbing, why did NEON blow their quarter so terribly? Who else besides TSI plays in this space in a meaningful way? Any thoughts re TSI as a middleware gorilla (king?) in the making? Of course I have much more DD to do but appreciate all comments on the EAI space, also following discussion on SEBL and CRM players with much interest as well. TIA.
