This is a companion to the "Gorilla and King Portfolio candidates" thread, where advocates of the Gorilla Game approach to investing are invited to introduce candidates for inclusion in the G&K portfolios:

exchange2000.com

The focus of this thread is to examine the emerging technologies, applications, and sectors that are experiencing significant market penetration or hypergrowth.

Since stalking Kings and Gorillas is best done in these "Bowling Alleys" and "Tornadoes", we are launching this thread in the hope of identifying and examining the above developments, and to help concentrate our focus on markets that can provide the greatest environment for high investment returns.

We encourage you to use this thread to discuss all these technologies, their strengths and weaknesses, as well as the best ways to play them...

Having said that, we now open the floor for discussion...
