Orlando area is a great growing area for population. Good bang for the buck for housing market. Lots of business ops and 'help wanted' signs everywhere.
Tampa/Clearwater/St. Pete area.....All OK, housing may be lower but I prefer to be inland during hurricaine season...
Also I don't care for fact that those areas are known as the "menopause" cities as LOTS of folks living there are quite elderly. I don't want to sit on a park bench alongside ALL elderlies.
I am 73 but I don't count.....LOL
Check it out by coming on down for a look-see. If in the Orlando area, we can get together and I'll show you around.
PS: just saw in todays Sentinel (local newspaper) that the average price on homes in the Greater Orlando area just surpassed $105,000.
