Very good chance it will close higher today. Institutions are stepping in to this "safer" internet play this PM. With TW and SONY backing, we get CH's $100M of earnings, the new CDNW entity will be years ahead of where it would have been alone. Marketing costs and CD costs will drop accordingly too, only helping further. This is almost all positive. I'm only worried the new big gorilla not being able to be as light on their feet as they have been.

Thanks Howard. I was the first and only one to support the deal when I made the post. I think once the herd starts thinking for themselves and analyzing the numbers and potential, they will turn around. But one never knows. Best of luck.
