Looking at the close.. I can make a case for going either way.. MY
signals are short but maybe want to turn up.. BUT, I will ONLY look short until they give a clear cut buy signal and I am some distance
from that unless.. Unless INTC blows the socks off the numbers and we start out the morning with a bang..
