I increased mine 50% and bought some for mother's RRSP. Did you all see the article in Canadian Business...the CEO of NN is on the list of Canadian Billionaire.

Can you hear my sigh of relief????

Yup. Clear across the continent.

I increased my position 30%

Your giving a new definition to faith. Or guts.

Talk about jumping right back on that horse you're ridin' !!

Congrats Pat, you should be a speaker at NN's annual sales conference with that kind of confidence in NN.

Cheers,

Peppe

The fact that it is Paul Silverstein of Robby Stephens taking his numbers down and suggesting a missed quarter is quite troubling. Silverstein has been as bullish as Pat (although perhaps not as steadfast as ZO) in his support of this stock over the past year and a half. In the darkest days, Paul was pounding the table on NN. No sell sider provides more detail on this stock. As late as one month ago, Paul was reiterating his buy recommendation. He is considered the number one sell side bull.

He now says after talking to sources in NN, including top management, that he has no confidence NN will meet its near term objectives. Although he appears to be maintaining his long-term buy rating, this will be considered very negative by the buy side.

pat,I increased my position 100%!!<G> ( I had none before, <G> ). Here is what happened:

I was looking for a re-entry point on NN

Around 230PM, at work, I noted NN sinking and trading halted . Called my broker at Merrill and he said that Robertson said NN would miss earnings. However at that time the Merrill analyst ( Thomas?) came on the internal Merrill audio and said that he called the company and
they said they had no idea where Robertson-Stephens got their info. He then said that he maintained his target of 15 cents/share.

I'll tell you something: Since being in and out of NN at least 15 times since 1995, MY BEST RETURNS have been when I bought immediately
when any bad news came out and the stock tanked. As you know this
has happened at least half a dozen times since 1995.

And yet the stock maintains a PE of 40. Why? Because of their ATM technology of course.

So today I was quite ready: When this happens, my reflex action by now is to buy NN first and ask questions later, <VBG>.

Which I did: got in at 26.5. I think this was a great buy.

Please note that all activity today was institutional:
