Hi John,

Thanks for all the tidbits. I had concluded before today that getting ISDN was probably akin to opening Pandora's Box and all the great, and much appreciated, commentary from the thread only reinforces my belief in the decision. Now, if on the other hand, the RBOCs had actually spent the money to train anyone on staff about ISDN........

But that's not the reality we live with.
