Hmmm 1st off the bickering.....Lets just say a difference in opinions. There has been no press releases by the company and it made a few jumpy. (The company is said to be in a quiet period)
With regards to the maybe IPO what we know from the companies shareholder circular of Feb 1, 99. Is that Lehman Brothers was hired.
As Per Circular:
Egagement of Lehman Brothers as Financial Advisors
Over the past year, we have positioned ourselves as a leader in the very high-growth business of Internet service provision, with a view to significantly enhancing shareholder value. We have also recently engaged the prestigious investment bank Lehman Brothers, to assist in raising necessary capital for our rapid expansion and to review various financing strategies, including the possibility of an Initial Public Offering of the Company's Common Stock.
Our prospects have never been greater. We will write to you again to provide greater detail surrounding our intentions in this regard.

ysell: How have you been? Early- did a good overview for you on the x-stream situation. This UK crowd is difficult to get information out of, I have been told they are all the same over there. They go into those quiet periods while they're working on an IPO but x-stream's chances of getting an IPO I do not know. It's like buying shares in China.com and FreeServe. What's your chances of picking up shares at a good price when they come on the Nasdaq? The answer is like a "snowball in Hell". So the small guy often turns to a company that's in the same game like X-Stream.!! The classic example is China.Com today with an IPO of US20.00/share and in a flash it was US$60.00/share. Imagine putting in a market order on that one today.!!! Lucent has worked out some US$28 million deal with x-stream. I hope they don't throw around that type of money without investigating x-stream's past, present and future. Many are hoping x-stream will ride the FreeServe wave and that's coming down within 2 weeks time. X-Stream has been the 1st. in Free Internet in the World +++ and they hold 1/3 of FreeServe subscriber numbers so I ask you, if FreeServe jumped US$60.00/share, where do you think x-stream would jump from US$3.75/sh., I some how don't think they would drop? These valuations are based on subscriber numbers from what I can gather. Now if this "quiet crowd" that runs x-stream can pull off an IPO, it could shoot through the roof. Everyone around here have their fingers crossed. But let me say the situation today looks a hell of a lot better than it did two months ago with what we're seeing with China.com and FreeServe. Best of luck on your DD. i hope you have the luck you had on Bid.Com.!!!

Until XSNI actually submits its application to trade on the NASDAQ with all the required financial information, no one will have a clue what is really going on except XSNI management, and they aren't talking.
