Thanks to all for the advice and feedback re: XSNI.

Dman, I've been doing quite well. Since Bid.com, I've spent a great deal of time with IWM, and jumped in and out of MCF a few times, but I won't bother everyone with that.

Re: XSNI, what to do? Having now skimmed through this very confusing thread (perhaps there are too many people speaking British, that was just a joke), received everyone's feedback and an ambiguous (at best) call from Canaccord (the finest of all brokerages), I'm as confused as ever, eh (speaking a little Canadian now). It sure seems as if something is up with this company, but its difficult to tell exactly what it is. The broker at CCC (in the Vancouver office) is after my business, so I put him to the task on this company. If he provides me with any information, I will certainly pass it along.

The broker at CCC expects that this thing will suddenly be halted and will reappear on the big board. I'm not certain how that's possible, as there does not appears to be any indication that this company has made an application to list on the Big Board. Am I correct? Perhaps Lehman has something else in mind that I don't understand, but I'm not certain its possible to simply go from the L board to the Big Board.

I would appreciate any feedback on these comments. Confused as ever and in all respects (maybe that deserves an acronym, CAEAIAR).

Dale,

Could you explain a bit about the mechanics of switching from the OTC BB to the main market please.

As you have said before XSNI will have to file documents which will be in the public domain prior to getting a listing. Would the OTC BB quote be maintained during this period or would the stock be suspended during the transfer? Is there a precedent for this type of transfer?

Would appreciate your or anyones response please.

Regards

Jon C
