Actually, it doesn't seem that the statement is false. If the customers received the upgrade for free then the statement that "only a handful have actually bought Tornado II" is true. It's a positive for WIND that they received some payment from a handful for a free upgrade. :-)

Ramsey, In engineering, people are reluctant to change tools that are already working. I think H&Q was trying to say that most of the existing Tornado customers have not chosen to upgrade to Tornado II. But the important thing is whether T2 is bringing in new customers. The H&Q report did confirm that T2 is solidly attracting new customers. I take this as T2 is doing just fine. The poor H&Q analyst simply didn't understand his own findings. I have read H&Q reports on other companies before. They have been wrong quite often. It is amazing how little industry knowledge some of these analysts have. Khan
