Among other things, I must first assess how well he comprhended the article, and then I must assess how he asserts against it. Hmmm. Let me look at it some more. At first blush, and only going by what you have stated, and previous readings of his analyses, I suspect that his meteorology has told him which way his trade winds blow, and that's where he may be headed with this. [Level 3 dust? WCOM, with as much legacy kludge as they have in place, and still praying that the coming IP revolution doesnt upset the current settlement model, that is doesn't change, not ever, in the face of massive doses if IP insurgence both now and going into the future?
