[ Anyone venturing anything on the case of Sprint's ION? ]

During a Pairgain earnings conference call they believe multiple vendors will be involved in the Sprint ION contract. One analysis said, "Cisco has admitted that Pairgain has won", but the CEO downplayed that by saying "Sprint didn't tell us". Pairgain went on to say that Sprint still hasn't selected a vendor.

This brings me to Quest. Quest announced plans with Cisco and within a two weeks gives RedBack and Nortel contracts for next generation equipment. Will we see a repeat for Sprint?
