You are treading on thin ice with the use of the term "fraud." I represent a large number of investors and although the company itself may not feel you are more than a thorn in their side and too small to bother with, I do not. I have contacted my councel who now has you under investigation. Once before, they have sued a slimeball for what you are doing on SI and Yahoos. Whether we win or not, you are going to be spending a great deal of money (which I'm sure you don't have) on your defense.

As you probably already know, the times are changing for criminals who purposefully denigrate stocks with the intention to drive them down through internet lies. Several recent cases have been brought against people just like you for what you are doing and saying. If I were you I would rethink my position and figure out if the small amount of money you are making from shorting this legitimate stock is going to be worth the eventual litigation costs, subsequent fine, and/or worse jailtime.

Unlike some others you may have dealt with, I have deep pockets and will not tolerate your insipient charges of "fraud". When my investigators are able to locate you, you will be receiving a subpoena directly. If they cannot find you, we will be issuing a court document to get your real name and address from Yahoo or SI. You have messed with the wrong people's pocketbook for the last time.
