Dave,

Just saw/heard that too, although Amanda Grove did NOT give any indications of the stock price during her time. All she talked about was the company's name change.

From my read, we're going to have to wait a little longer for other professionals to confirm what we think it all means. I think we're in the ballpark from the arguments read here.

Dave, I was watching the same report and wonder what it is all about.
I checked the companies press releases, nothing. Called the company and of course no one was there.

CNBC is becoming the de facto station to watch for investors, I wish they could get it right when the say things like this. If the shares tank because of this report I will be buying. Unless JDSU comes out with a confirmation.

Yesterday CNBC ran a report about another company Newbridge saying that a analyst is telling his brokers that the company will not make it's Q. The shares tanked and everyone including the company and the analyst say the story is not true. Hmmmm...
