Josheph - the only way to tell if FBCO etc. are shorting or unloading shares, is if they are shorting intraday. If they are shorting intra-day, they would have to "cover", or buy back at the low. So, if FBCO et. al are doing an equivalent amount of buying lower, I'd say it is intraday shorting. Unfortunately, I don't see them doing this. Therefore it can mean either shorting for the longer term (at this point it has been a couple of weeks), or unloading shares. At this point there is just no way to tell. Of course, we may discover what the case was *after* it is all done. If one day FBCO et al are doing a lot of cover buying at the low, we will know it was shorting all along. If on the other hand NITE climbs, but FBCO is not buying to "cover", then they were just unloading shares.
