I guess RTRSY is not moving because they are giving up part of TIBX to the public,I am not sure but this phenomenon has been cited elsewhere as well.

I'm usually in or all out on these things.. I really didn't know the Company.. Also, for better or for worse, I try to time the market, and I'm a little skittish right.. When it opened, I called my broker and he loaded the order and it kept ticking down so we dumped it.. It went up afterward, but then came down.. I didn't have a clue..They don't care if I flip becuase I do enough other business and I don't get HUGE allocations, like 50 shares on this one but I will 1000.00 net any day.. found money..
