rudedog darlin': Welcome back and thanks for the input. Actually I wasn't referring so much as to who has the better hardware as to who would be more likely to get the account. I realize that this post

refers to the small business arena, but I'm sure IBM is similarly geared toward snagging large customers as well. I've never heard any glowing reports on CPQ when it comes to customer support - in fact, I've never even heard CPQ mentioned as being a "contender" in this area.
