C&J are hoping to convince people to sell tomorrow first thing and throughout the morning to force the price down as low as it can go right before the financials are posted. Then they can get a lot of bargin basement price shares and "hahahahahahaha" all the way to the bank.

I see a buying opportunity coming up between now and the pending registration, which should have a financial statement in it instead of the pro forma they released today. The registration will give us what we really want. [Ray, you listening?]

One can only wonder just how long this buying opp is going to last.......

Do you think it's possible that they filed the registration and didn't tell us, much like what they did with the Form D/PPM in March?
